The Black Forrest with its beautiful places
The Black Forrest is one of the most visited holiday areas in Germany. As the largest continuous low mountain range in Germany the Black Forrest offers much more than just beautiful hotels, summer cottages and vacation homes. This holiday area that lies in Baden-Württemberg is not only a frequently visited area because of its forests, beautiful hiking trails and ski trails. Also the lots of attractions and beautiful cities are reasons why people stay in the Black Forrest. The most famous places to visit in the Black Forrest are the friary of St. Blasien, lots of beautiful waterfalls and many interesting museums.
There are also lots of beautiful mountains that offer frequently visited hiking trails during the summer and ski trails during the winter. Furthermore there are lots of sports such as diving or surfing that are offered. Also two natural preserves can be found in the Black Forrest.
